Discussion on the causality of correctness of electronic balance

1、 Stability of electronic balance: The stability of electronic balance refers to the ability of the balance to automatically return to their initial equilibrium position after being disturbed. For electronic balance, its balance position is always represented by analog or digital indication. Therefore, once a certain instantaneous interference is applied to the electronic balance, although the indication changes, after the interference is eliminated, the balance can return to the original indication, we call the electronic balance stable. The stability of an electronic balance is the primary criterion for its use. An electronic balance without the stability of the balance cannot be used at all.
2、 Sensitivity of the electronic balance: The sensitivity of the electronic balance is the ability of the balance to detect the mass change of the object placed on the balance scale. The sensitivity of the electronic balance can be expressed by angular sensitivity, or linear sensitivity, or graduation sensitivity, or digital (graduation) sensitivity. For electronic balance, it is mainly expressed by dividing sensitivity or digital sensitivity. The smaller the mass change that the balance can detect, the more sensitive the balance is. It can be seen that for electronic balance, the sensitivity of the balance is still one of the important performance to judge the quality of the balance.
3、 Correctness of the electronic balance: the correctness of the electronic balance is the correctness of the balance indication, which indicates the ability of the balance indication to approach the true value; From the angle of error, the accuracy of the balance is the degree of systematic error that reflects the value of the balance.
4、 The invariance of the indication value of the electronic balance: the invariance of the indication value of the electronic balance refers to the consistency of the measurement results obtained by the balance when the same object is measured multiple times under the same conditions. For the electronic balance, there is still the invariance of the display value of the balance, such as the control of the repeatability and reproducibility of the electronic balance, the control of the zero position and zero return error of the electronic balance, and the control of the display drift of the electronic balance at the specified time when the electronic balance is empty or loaded. For the lever balance, the accuracy of the balance is mainly reflected in the accuracy of the balance arm ratio. However, whether it is a mechanical balance or an electronic balance, its correctness also lies in the correctness of the indication of the analog scale or digital scale of the balance, as well as the correctness of the indication when the load is placed at each point on the balance scale.
